Try colors, peak accents and mini wraps. In an itemized proposal, remove optional services and review the updated visual and price.
The approved layout, itemized scope and installation notes give you and the installer a shared reference.

Try the real tools below. The example uses sample dimensions; start a new design to use your own home.
SiteMark connects the photo design to an itemized sales estimate. Price C7 or C9 roofline services by linear footage, and mini-light services by string quantity. Pillar lines can include height and an optional height-based charge. Rates start blank so the estimate uses your company’s pricing rather than an invented market price.
Sales staff can enter a service name, quantity, unit and rate for additional items. Use this for services such as removal, storage or a special decoration that is outside the drawing tools. Save a service for reuse on future estimates. Custom items remain in the written pricing even when they have no matching shape in the photo preview.
Create a private customer review link after completing the design and pricing. Customers can accept or decline individual items; their selected design sections and total update together. The visual reference helps connect a line such as porch roofline to the actual part of the house being illuminated.
Acceptance records the selected scope and design snapshot. Changes to accepted work need a revised proposal rather than silently changing the agreement. Review estimated measurements, tax and company rates before creating the review link. The software supports the sales workflow; it does not replace a site check or the terms of your installation agreement.
